Sewer Rates

Sewer Rental Service Rates:

Domestic (Residential) Accounts:  flat rate of $65.00 per month

Non-Domestic (Commercial) Accounts:    $65.00 for first 3,000 gallons used; $21.67 for each Thousand gallons used thereafter

         

Tapping Fees/Sewer Permit Fee:

Domestic Sewer Permit Costs:

  • Tapping Fee for each residential “dwelling unit” - $4,500.00
  • Permit Fee -                                                                           25.00
  • If your sewer connection will use a grinder pump, there will be a Sewage Pump Agreement Filing Fee of $38.50.

 

Non-Domestic Sewer Permit Costs:

  • Tapping Fee per EDU - $4,500.00
  • Permit Fee -                           25.00
  • If your sewer connection requires a grinder pump, there will be a Sewage Pump Agreement Filing Fee of $38.50.

Collections Associated Fees:

Demand Letter: $10.00

Filing of Complaint at MDJ:  Actual Costs

Preparation of MDJ Complaint: $30.00, unless attorney is engaged

Property Posting Fee:  $30.00

Preparation of Bankruptcy Proof of Claim Filing:$50.00

Returned Check Fee:  $20.00

 Customer Portal Rejection for Insufficient Funds:$20.00
