IMPORTANT INFORMATION - TRASH COLLECTION SERVICES:
We have reached out to several local trash collection companies in effort to coordinate and/or alleviate disruptions to trash collection services. The following information has been communicated to HTMA to date; if you have any questions or concerns about your trash collection pickup schedule, please contact your service provider directly.
- IESI Customers –IESI plans to adjust the timing of their trash pickup schedule to occur between 3 AM and 6 AM in the morning to avoid construction work. Therefore, they are requesting customers please put your trash out the evening before your scheduled pickup days.
PROJECTED WORK SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 29TH: Contractors: Mason Dixon Contractors, LLC / L&N Zimmerman Excavating, Inc.
With the Memorial Day holiday, work is projected Tuesday through Friday this week. L&N Zimmerman Excavating, Inc. will continue drilling work on Pleasant View Drive. There will be access during construction for residents. Minor traffic disruptions may occur but are not expected. Maxon Dixon Contractors, LLC will perform minor work on Frank Road. You may want to consider allowing some extra time or make any necessary adjustments.
The duration of the overall project is estimated to be approximately 4-5 months. We thank you for your patience and understanding as construction progresses.

Fern Lane & Pleasant View Drive:
L&N Zimmerman Excavating, Inc. will continue boring work on Fern Lane out toward Frank Road. Toward the end of the week they could relocate to Pleasant View Drive to begin boring. There will be access during construction for residents. Minor traffic disruptions may occur but are not expected.
Frank Road:
Mason Dixon Contractors, LLC will begin preparatory work on Frank Road to perform test pits and saw cut the road. Frank Road will be closed for thru traffic the week of May 15th - May 19th. You may want to consider allowing some extra time or make any necessary adjustments. The contractor has provided notification of the closure to emergency services, local agencies and the school district.
