Our sewer permit applications are available on our website. Click on Customer Service, then Documents & Forms and you will be able to select the forms you need. You have the option to either click on PDF to print off a paper copy to complete, sign an return to our office with payment OR you can click on VIEW, which allows you to fully complete, sign and submit the application online electronically. If you choose to submit an application online, we can arrange for payment to be submitted through our customer portal. Upon receipt of your electronic sewer permit application, we will contact you to provide information and instructions on making an ACH payment through our customer portal.
